Why Flax?
  Flax has been cultivated for over 5000 years. The plant was
  originally used for its strong fibers in making linen cloth.

  What are the essential fatty Acids?
  Of the known essential nutrients to the human diet, there
  are two Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s);
  #1  Omega 3 (Alpha-Linolenic Acid)
  #2  Omega-6 (Linoleic Acid)
  Flax seed oil is an excellent source of these nutrients.

  Why are EFA's so important?
  Each and every cell membrane in our bodies consists of
  EFA’s. Our nervous tissues consists of greater than 50%

  What about fish oils?

Fish oil consists of less Omega-3 EFA's than Flax Seed
  Oil. Fish oil usually produces an aftertaste and may contain
  detectable pesticides. Stengel Oils certified organic flax
  seed oil is grown without pesticides, herbicides or artificial
  fertilizers.
